It was very nice. Rooms are kind of small. All the beds in the room are Murphy beds. Comfortable but interesting.

South wing very far from main lobby, handicap parking at south entrance is limited and far from south wing entrance .. closest single door was not handicap friendly. South wing entrance cement needs repair ramp cracked and uneven , hard to roll wheelchair

This is a decent property but it is quite outdated. No streaming ability on TV’s, limited electric receptacles, small bathrooms, hot water issues, ceilings are noisy when people in room above walk around and no shop on property.

You should tell people in advance when hot tub not operable. We hiked alot, needed it and driving 7 miles to Jordan house was not what we wanted. We would have simply stayed at Jordan house!

We love staying here every year for the TMC. It’s clean, comfortable, and friendly. The pool is great! The restaurant in the hotel, however, is always a disappointment. Food is ok, but service is poor.

This is located in a ski- area and i was here in the off season. The hotel was conveniently located to several local pubs and restaurants. Family friendly but quiet i would visit again

The dining room closed at 8 pm, a little early for our taste. The layout of the hotel included very long corridors, which would have been a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

Liked the decor and the amenities. Swimming pool. Hot tub, sauna, gym restaurant and the staff were awesome. The rooms are pretty shabby. Lamps needed attention. Patio door didn't work. Just very dated in the bathrooms and the faucets did not function. Well. Need some TLC on the rooms.

We hadn’t visited Grand Summit for a while, but upon our return improvements to the facility made our visit very enjoyable. In particular, the upgrade to the pool area with resurfacing and the addition of a new hot tub was a major improvement. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast in Camp was outstanding!!
