Welcome to Casa del Drea. Imagine a property that has it all. If you're looking for a nice relaxing and romantic property or a family and friends retreat this is the home. Unique setting with custom painted walls and cozy decor. Full-service kitchen with two sliders that open to the outside to bring the two spaces together. Full coffee bar with separate seating area. Living area with TV, wifi and a sliding glass door that leads to the sunroom that is equipped with chairs and side table. Washer and dryer. Fenced yard. A cute, cozy house within minutes of so many adventures. This was our first booking outside of staying in hotels and it was a perfect start! This house was clean and had everything we needed although we packed most everything. Communication was clear and we had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this location!

This place was very cute and super clean. The master bed mattress was wonderful. The master was so quiet all night, so much better than a hotel room. I was even welcomed to the property by a young local who was kind enough to stay for a picture.

Nice Stay

We weren't sure how to get all the mini split air conditioners to work and their was an issue with the drain, but there was a nice gentleman who came and fixed these as soon as we communicated the issue. The home is very cute and inviting and in a great location.

Nicer than I expected


They’ve taken an older place and made it really nice. The location isn’t scenic 
 it sits along the street in town. However, it does have a great fenced courtyard that is really enjoyable. Everything else about the place was significantly better than the average VRBO, particularly those in less touristy areas. We enjoyed our time. It was particularly clean for the “dusty” west. Keep that up 
 it’s a difference maker.

The perfect place in Rye

Awesome stay at this little homestead in town. Plenty of room, inside and outside, the beds were very comfortable, all amenities, every room very clean and just a nice ambiance. Andrea was very responsive and a great host. It was perfect and we would come back.

Very nice house

This little vacation home was excellent. It was very clean and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable open format. It really felt quite spacious. A lot of nice little touches, like the coffee/cocoa bar had Torani syrups and locally made ceramic mugs. Each bunk bed had it's own theme and stuffies to snuggle with. A few different sitting areas, each with very comfortable chairs. The beds were comfortable. The double set of french doors in the front open up accordian style, which opened up the whole front of the house -- very nice for a refreshing morning breeze. We were visited in the morning by a buck snacking on the apple tree. Don't let the plainness of the exterior fool you -- this is a beautiful place. I rarely give 5-star reviews, but this place earned 5 stars from me!

Adorable

An absolutely adorable little casa. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in the mountains, From the coffee bar to the beautiful murals on the wall, to the comfortable king size bed in the master, made for a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay!

We travel to Rye a couple of times per year to visit family and since there’s no room for us with family we need a place close by to stay. This met all of our needs. It’s comfortable, well stocked and has a fenced yard for our little dogs. It’s close to our family but there’s also plenty to do and see while you’re there. We drove to Westcliiffe and saw the beautiful fourteeners mountain range and ate lunch at Chappy’s Bar and Grill. We highly recommend it for the beautiful scenery and good food! Also, you can stop at St. Isabel and Bishops Castle along the way. You won’t be sorry you chose to stay at this lovely little house!

We were in town for a wedding the weekend we stayed. We needed a place in a central location to everything we needed (and of course comfortable.) This really for the bill. We were right next to the diner for breakfast, a short drive from the wedding venue, and close enough to the highway to visit Bishop Castle. The property owner was helpful, accommodating, and quick with a response via chat. The house was comfortable and clean. I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic Experience!

I cannot say enough good things about this charming and cozy house! The large open kitchen area, well thought out decor, and hand painted walls are so welcoming and pleasing to the eye. This house truly had anything you could need. I really loved the sun room with books and games as well as the patio next to the apple trees. My boys enjoyed having hot chocolate in front of the small electric fireplace and we woke up to a beautiful buck just outside the window. Andrea was more than accommodating and a wonderful host! Thank you so much!!!

 The property was quiet, fantastic decor, the most comfortable beds, and completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is no way I will stay anywhere else when I am needing to be back in that area. What a class act!
