Chambre spacieuse emplacement calme et très belle vue sur les rizières je recommande!

All the staff was always there to gently help us on any requests. We were leaving town late at night and even after we checked-out, they prepared us a room so we can have a shower before we quit the city to catch the train!! No need to say that this attention has been very appreciated! The hotel is brand new (opened about 4 months ago), very clean and absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious, the bed was very confortable, we really felt like home! I can't comment this hotel without talking about the gorgeous view that our balcony offered on the mountains! The view is totally amazing!! Without exagerating, Aira Boutique has the best view on the Fansipan mountains from all Sapa town! If we ever return to Sapa, we'll book at Aira Boutique again without hesitation. We highly recommend this hotel!!! Thanks again for your warm welcoming!

Nous avons passé 90 jours au Viet Nam et de loin c'est l'endroit qui nous a charmé. Le personnel est 5 étoiles ! ils sont constamment aux aguets afin d'assurer notre confort. Des plus des suggestions de visites différentes et sans frais. Décoration style montagnarde, auberge avec un atmosphère familiale. Nous remercions Thu pour ses nombreuses petites attentions sans oublier les autres dont je n'ai pas les noms. C'est le meilleur endroit dans ce secteur et je vous souhaite une vue vers les montagnes cela fait toute la différence.

Staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as you step foot on the property. Rooms were extremely clean. And views from the rooms were excellent. Breakfast and dinner at the in house restaurant was amazing as well. Bit of a trek to the city centre if you're walking via incline and construction zones but otherwise a short cab ride. I believe they're rated 3 star hotel (correct me if I'm wrong) but provide 5 star hotel service!

Stunning view of the mountains, amazing service from staff and very clean. We got an upgrade to a suite which was much appreciated. It’s a small walk from town but it’s very quiet and peaceful.
