It is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever been in my life. It is beautiful, spectacular, everything from the desk to the pool will let you breathless. The only negative point is they don’t seem to take care about the recuperation. But I don’t think there is such of thing in Vietnam. C’est l’hôtel le plus spectaculaire où j’ai eu la chance de séjourner. Tout ce que vous y verrai vous laissera sans voix. De l’entrée à la piscine, tout est fait avec goût et originalité. La seule chose à déplorer est qu’il ne semble pas y avoir de programme de récupération. Mais il n’y a pas quelque chose du genre au Vietnam je crois.

Quynh our receptionist was very helpful, polite and follows up in what we need! This hotel is one of the most fabulous hotels I’ve ever seen and stayed at, everywhere you look there’s a special detail well thought and executed, wish we have more hotels like this all over the world!

This is my 3rd stay here

This hotel is a gallery itself, I want to recommend to look around every places of this building during your stay, including the swimming pool and the terrace of restaurant on 10th floor with breathtaking view of Sapa. At my most recent stay, the concierge staff was very helpful when I got canceled my transportation for return way, she gave me a great help with detail information of bus to the airport and arranging a taxi to the bus station.

This is a hotel you will be very satisfied with Everything is given a thought👍 It’s very good location near everything in Sá Pa. They help you with everything and the staff is excellent. My advice is: Spend a little more on a great hotel like this and you will never forget your stay😊

편안한 정갈한 숙소였어요. 직원분도 매우 친절했답니다. 판시판이 공사중이라서 아쉬웠지만 그것은 호텔과 상관 없는 일이었고요. 하지만 직원의 친절한 안내로 다른 관광지를 추천 받아서 만족스러운 여행이었습니다.
