Guests will also enjoy a smart TV, carport parking, and an electric BBQ. Please note that this property is not suitable for children due to a large pond on the property.

GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire guest house to yourself throughout your stay. Building amenities are included in this rental. Please make yourself at home!

PETS: A mature dog may be considered, subject to owner approval.

PARKING: The accommodation has one dedicated parking spot under a carport.

BICYCLE STORAGE: Bike storage may be available in the work shed (bring your own lock).

NON-SMOKING: This suite is NON-SMOKING. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect the quiet hours.
