Floating cottage on the upper Mississippi River, located in an off channel harbor in Iowa. Great location for families, fishing, and boating. Complemented with a quite welcoming atmosphere. Wonderful location to get a taste of the Mississippi.

There are many things if you’re a nature lover in this area. Sit back, relax and unwind within our lovely floating home.
The Cottage is located at the North Harbor area with 2 "Cottage Parking Only" signs for your convenience. To get to your getaway you would drive down the path past the Harbor Store. The Nantucket Cottage sits right in the Marina.
