We stayed here overnight for a event. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. We didn't use the other amenities like the gym, hot tub, or business center. The room was clean. The free shampoo and conditioner could have been topped off, but considering they were free, I can't really complain. I recommend new mattresses as we didn't get much sleep because it was too hard. We couldn't really get comfortable. The air conditioning unit worked, but was a little noisy. Overall, our stay was okay, but I'm not sure if I'd come back.

Unsafe area and bad security on property. Car vandalized and tires flattened. It was raining and none of the overheads actually keep the rain out. Heater leaked water and the floor was wet. Very noisy, both from other rooms and the busy street outside.

We stayed here only out of necessity because of road closures. However the staff was more than accommodating and handled the influx of the customers very well. It was a very comfortable stay.

The room was half the size of the real suite that we stayed in the previous week. And despite the pictures showing a jetted tub/ shower combination, we were given a regular tub/ shower combination. The jetted tubs are the main reason we stay here.
