This was one of the worst experiences at a motel. The rooms were dirty. The TV didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, the pool and spa were broke. The presentation of the front office was so poor we were scared to go for the breakfast service. The water was murky, the bananas on display were black. Horrible!

it was convenient but was alarmed when they were going to charge me an extra $100.00 incase anything was stolen or broken. if not theyll put it back on my card. i feel they shouldve stated this in the website, now im without a $100.00 until they refund me.

My only wish is that you would have allowed us the opportunity to address the problems you experienced before departing but I also completely understand your feelings. You get what you pay for.

Hotel is older, walls are extremely thin.. could hear everything Nextdoor and above. Room was clean but old! Beds were comfortable Breakfast was a joke, almost no options and nothing hot. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
