Really? No LIVE real person at front desk had to use a kiosk with tv screen and I assume the person was live, but doubt she was in the building anywhere, but at a central location doing all Days Inns. I am partially DEAF and I could not understand her hardly at all even with my hearing aids in. What staff was there in person were friendly and nice. HOWEVER, dont think I will stay at another Days Inn without a person on premises.
