The pool was cool, but not very cold

I had a small issue using my PayPal debit card for the deposit, but after moving some funds I was able to secure with my cash app card. I chose this hotel for the indoor pool so my daughter and her friend could go night swimming, and the pool stays open untill 10 pm. Overall l it was a good experience.

For some reason when I walked into the restroom and smelt like a boys locker room, but it was clean it just smelled. There was a mosquito in my room that I killed, but it did bite me. The staff was nice and the place was clean overall. I don’t like the sheet they have on top of the comforter it is scratchy. Their coffee was actually really good for being ripped coffee, but they didn’t have any dairy free options and I’m lactose for the creamer

We had a very nice stay. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. The complimentary breakfast was ok.. not the best but not the worst. Only part I was not happy with was being charged for parking.. they don’t have a garage or valet so why charge customers to park.

Our two-queen room was clean, though a bit small for 4 adults with big luggage.The beds were comfortable. The bathroom looked recently updated. The staff was great. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. The coffee was very good.

Overall our stay was nice. We fit free parking from the hotel staff because it was my husband's birthday. The only thing I have to say about the hotel is that they need to do better with the cleanliness of the rooms. Very nice hotel. Very nice staff.

I liked the many choices of "casual dining" options nearby. The bed was comfortable enough. Although, we had to request more pillows. The T.V. viewing was NOT good. Dish network is NOT good ! I must say that the breakfast buffet was a disappointment ! We've been at other locations of Hampton Inn, where the choices were the basically same , but tasted fresh, not stale !

All the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. Property has been renovated but can tell it's an older location. Very quiet and good for our needs. Wish they had better pillows; they are too soft and flat. overall very enjoyable
