Our electricity went out one night, so did the generator. It was a big storm. The staff was very nice. They need more front desk help. Housekeeping was wonderful. They clean beautifully. The room was big. I could live there.

The front desk staff was super nice, the building itself was pretty loud. Constantly hearing thumps and bumps as doors opened / closed and people walking around. The bed definitely seen better days and the room was not super clean.

The room was lovely, well appointed w/ plenty of plugs for charging! The PROBLEM was, no one told us (at ck in ) or posted (rm, elevator, entrance doors) there was going to be a FIRE ALARM test. It went on for 15 min and men in everyday clothes came to our door and wanted to come in. SO MUCH FOR THE RELAXING MORNING. SCARED ME TO DEATH.

We absolutely love this Larkspur Landing location. The rooms are well maintained and kept "up to date". The staff is courteous and welcoming. My husband had to fast for his VA appointment but I really enjoyed the "hot" breakfast choices available at this hotel. Thank you so much! I also took advantage of the exercise room.
