After paying on line for reservation with expedia for 2 rms i got charged 178.15 more for each room and your site said taxes and fees included in price of 181.58 total for both rooms and we ordered the rooms be pet ok my husband is a vet with a ptsd dog and my mother had her esa dogs. Front dest said 22 for the dogs my mother brought but this is out ragiouse .if you say pet ok that should be in price. This is rip off.

Why can’t i control the AC? I want 65 degrees and i only get 75. The mattresses are stiff but your scrambled egg & sausage free breakfast is outstanding. A great stay but only a couple of small heartbreaks.

Somewhat disappointed

When I arrived, my room was clean and ready, but they charged me to check in early. I consider that poor customer service on behalf of the corporation not the staff as this was policy. It did not require anything extra from anyone for me to check in early. I was not on the phone, I was in the lobby. My stay was uneventfully. I would consider again.

This property was very outdated. The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty, and had hair all over the blankets. The door to the room was rigged. (The internal door plate was removed and screwed onto the external part of the door) I would not recommend this place. Very disappointed.
