Fair not great.
Posted Oct. 8, 2023 on HotelsThe inn has a lot of potential if the owners improve comfort, service and food. Breakfast was not well organized, part self-service and part-served with only instant coffee. The room was promised with a private patio whose access was through a modified window and offered torn and dirty chairs. Would not stay here again on next visit.

The hardest part of our job is to manage the expectations, mostly of people we are meeting for the first time. It becomes practically impossible when the feedback we get does not reflect their true feelings. While we cannot do anything about the access to the private patio which is clear in the pictures, most of the other issues could have been resolved with an honest answer to our inquiries about your stay. An anonymous comment like that is like a departure blow from behind. It is specially hurtful when it comes at a time when our people are fighting a war that was brought upon us due to our own lack of love for one another.

The owners of the inn serve a wonderful, freshly made breakfast. They are also very nice and accommodating.

Wonderful small Inn in Tfat. Beautiful inn walking distance to all the places to see in Tfat. Nice rooms and great outdoor spaces to enjoy. Susan and the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. Breakfast was excellent and personalized. Extra treat was a pop-up dinner that we enjoyed at the Inn.
