This pristine designers own 2 bedroom 2 full bath beach cottage was totally renovated, The ensuite Main bedroom has a beautiful modern renovated bathroom and the guest bath is also renovated. Spacious open kitchen with white quartz countertops, kitchen island and cathedral ceilings, opens to living room on one side and dining room on the other. There is another living room with French doors that lead out to the completely fenced in yard and BBQ which is hooked up to main gas line so you never have to change a tank. There is a peek a boo view of the Bay from living room and kitchen windows which is at the end of the block. Flat screen tv's in every room without a box or wire showing. Other amenities include Central Air, on demand hot water and an outdoor shower and large shed. Seep sofa in Living Room. Convenient to all, the beach, Cromer's Market, liquors store and multiple restaurants are right in the neighborhood.
