Beautiful waterfront home located in Sagle, ID, just across the iconic Long Bridge from downtown Sandpoint. 114' of waterfront with private dock on serene Fry Creek, where the water is always calm and ready for a kayak or SUP ride. With plenty of room for boat trailer parking, take your own boat and explore Lake Pend Orielle. Inside the home is flooded with natural light and the large windows provide spectacular scenery. Use the stocked kitchen to gather around a meal with friends and family on the large dining table or out on the patio. Enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV. Plenty of grass for little ones to play. Relax in a chair outside and watch Fry Creek come to life with families enjoying this special place in N. Idaho. Roast marshmallows in the Fire pit. Sleep comfortably in the newly appointed bedrooms. Fish off the dock and catch bass, catfish, pike, and trout. Walk or bike the paved trail system that runs parallel to the home and leads across the Long Bridge into downtown Sandpoint. Less than 10 minutes by car into town and only 30 minutes to Schweitzer. Make yourself at home in our N. Idaho retreat on the water.

Great Location on a protected slough with boat access to the lake. It was a great place for us to stay while we fished the lake.

This was the perfect place for us and our extended family to enjoy time together. Lots of ducks and wildlife to entertain the kids. It was nice to have the dock for our cousins' boat, too. Kitchen was nice and roomy for putting meals together. And it was great to have a spare fridge in the garage for beverages. Easy trail access was a bonus, too!

Great property! Beautiful home and location! We had a blast on the water paddle boarding and swimming and rented a boat for the day! Dick was great only thing that would make it better would be a ladder! The house does not have AC so a few hot nights but fans work great! The grill is pretty old so updating that would be amazing! We hope to come back in the future! Oh and toilet paper handles would be great too!

Quiet lake house

Quiet lake house with tons of room, huge kitchen, amazing views & perfect location for calm water. Owner went about and beyond to accommodate us and answered all my questions before during and after our stay. Home doesn’t have A/C so that was the only negative but we had all windows open at night so that helped. We will definitely be staying here again.
