Welcome to the "Maison de la Corvais"!<br><br>Located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, a seaside resort on the Emerald Coast, this charming, recently renovated Breton house offers approximately 85 m² of living space for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends. Whether for a vacation or a weekend getaway, this accommodations are ideal for helping you fully enjoy the beauty of our Breton coastline.<br><br>The property can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located in a quiet and relaxing area that gives you the feeling of being in the middle of the countryside and offers an ideal location: close to the seven sandy beaches, the tourist centre, and the many activities the town has to offer (golf, water sports centre, tree climbing, etc.). <br>Everything is easily accessible by bike, car, or even on foot.<br>It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge your batteries, breathe in the sea air, and enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature.<br><br>The property consists of:<br><br>GROUND FLOOR <br>● A large living/dining room: furnished with a sofa, a table for up to 6 people, and a TV.<br>● A kitchen with a table for 4 people, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, etc. <br>● A laundry room/utility room: sink, washing machine, drying rack.<br>● A guest bathroom with a sink.<br><br>UPPER FLOOR <br>● 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 (one room with a double bed, one room with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed).<br>● A third room with storage space for luggage.<br>● A bathroom equipped with a large shower, a sink, and a second toilet.<br><br>OUTDOOR AREA<br>● A furnished terrace (table, chairs, lounge chairs, umbrella).<br>● A grill.<br>● A private parking area outside the courtyard with space for up to two cars. <br>● A storage room for your bicycles (optional).<br><br>PRACTICAL INFORMATION<br>● Check-in: from 4:00 PM. <br>● Check-out: before 10:00 AM.<br>● We will be there to welcome you upon your arrival.<br>● Minimum stay: 2 nights.<br>● Maximum of 4 guests (babies not included).<br>● No Wi-Fi available.<br>● Non-smoking property<br>● No parties!<br>● Quiet and consideration for the area required.<br>● Pets: Not allowed.<br>● Linens: Please let us know when booking if you need linens (bed linens, towels) for an additional fee.<br>● A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request.<br>● A basic supply of household cleaning products will be provided upon your arrival: sponge, disinfectant, dish soap. <br>● Final cleaning is included in the booking price (90 euros per stay).<br>● The property is not accessible to people with limited mobility.<br><br>SURROUNDINGS<br>● Beaches: La Fosse, La Fresnaye, La Pissotte, La Mare, La Grande Plage, Pen Guen, etc.<br>● Hikes: The GR34 hiking trail and the “Sentier des douaniers,” which is accessible 300 metres from the house.<br>● Markets: Monday mornings near the soccer stadium, Wednesday mornings in the town of Matignon, Thursday evenings in the Les Mielles area, Friday mornings in the L'Isle area. <br>● Activities: Water sports centre, golf, tree climbing, horseback riding, etc. <br>● Shopping: Carrefour City (Les Mielles), Super U (Matignon).<br>● Small shops, restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlours, located mainly in the Les Mielles area and at the harbour. <br>● Nearby towns: Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, Saint-Briac, Lancieux, Fréhel, Plévenon, Erquy, Pléne
