Gîte des Rouleaux - SAINT-CIERS-SUR-GIRONDE

Located in the north of the Gironde, between the estuary, marshes, and the "Terres d'oiseaux" safari park (activities available, bring your picnic; there are tables and vineyards), at the gateway to the Charente-Maritime region, 25 km from the Antilles of Jonzac (casino, swimming pools, wellness, etc.), the Gîte des Rouleaux welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Located in a small hamlet, it features enclosed grounds with garden furniture and a built-in charcoal barbecue. The house consists of an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, three bedrooms (one with a 1.40x1.90m bed, two 0.90x1.90m beds, and one 0.90x1.90m bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Electric heating. Pets welcome (€100 deposit per pet). Possibility of Bed linen, bathroom linen, and kitchen linen rentals are available, and end-of-stay cleaning is available as an additional service. Tourist tax is extra. Gîte suitable for remote working (office area in the bedroom, internet connection). Shops are 1 km away in Saint Ciers, offering all essentials: bakery, delicatessen, butcher, hairdresser, pharmacy, etc. Access card for the trash bins. An additional €16 deposit will be required upon arrival. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
