Disliked: Cleanliness
Not worth the price. The home was not well maintained nor properly equipped for guests.• The shower handle was broken, and water pressure was extremely low due to visible dirt buildup on the shower head.• We found a long black hair in the bed and the sheets felt textured-dirty, not stained, but clearly not properly cleaned.• Several dishes were greasy or dirty and had to be washed before use.• The heating did not distribute properly, especially downstairs. Once the sun set, it became uncomfortably cold.• Multiple window blinds were broken, tied up, or unable to fully close.• The entrance was covered in snow and ice. We had to shovel our own path to safely bring our belongings inside.• Not all hot tub jets were functioning, and the cover was very difficult to remove and replace.• Towels were old and rough (not the main issue, but worth noting for future guests).• The instruction book in the home differed from the instructions sent through the app, which created confusion.Additionally, the volume and length of text messages sent through the app prior to arrival were overwhelming. The number of cautions, warnings, and instructions made the experience feel stressful before we even arrived.I never leave negative reviews try to be understanding however, I would not recommend this property, nor would I return. When we raised our concerns, we received apologies and reassurance that it would be looked into, but that did not change our experience or overall disappointment
