-le chalet n'a pas été prêt en arrivant : un heure de retard-Propreté très moyenne-les couvres matelas et oreillers n'ont pas été changé. Heureusement que nous avons amené des couvertures et des draps-Nous étions capables d'utiliser le jacuzzi qu'après 24 h de notre arrivé

Belle endroit bien situé pour les activités

Belle endroit, bien situé pour les activités tout en étant en retrait de la ville. Nous avons profité de nos vacances! seulement la communication avec le gestionnaire est moins évidente. Quand je lui pose une question sur le paiement il règle la situation mais n'envoie pas de réponse. Sinon nous avons l'information nécessaire mais s'il y aurait eu un pépin je me questionne si nous aurions eu une réponse rapidement
