A nice place to relaxe

I made a real nice stay. The place is magic. The property is well decorated with a charming ambiance. Close to a set of mountains and a small lake and river. Very green , a loved again. i recommend it to all nature lovers. The owner is a good handful and nice person.

RED FLAG. Lovely cottage, but awful owner.We rented this cottage for a 3night stay before our baby arrives. When we arrived, the cottage was what we expected. Later that night, when we pulled the blankets to go to bed, we found unwrapped candies and mice poop directly on the bed. We took photos and immediately notified the owner.Because it was late, we used the extra sheets provided and some bedding we had in our car. We told the owner we would leave the next morning and requested a refund for the two nights we would not be staying. He first claimed he had cleaned the cottage the day of our arrival, but the story changed on sunday. After we sent more photos of a mess in the front closet, he said he would check security cameras to see if someone had entered before us. He later confirmed no one had entered and said he would come by the next day, but he never showed.After we left, communication changed completely. The owner accused us of inventing the issue and then changed his story and accused us of trying to take advantage by asking money for 2 nights/ 3.We reached out to VRBO with our photos. When we followed up a week later, we were told the owner refused the refund and was now claiming we damaged a bed and a couch asking for 800 and that we “hid” from security cameras, raising concerns about where cameras might be located. The cottage itself is cute, but the cleanliness and accusations made the experience extremely stressful. Sharing this so future guest are aware.

Chalet tranquil en plein nature.

Belle place, beau chalet, intime et trĂšs bien Ă©clairĂ©, un vĂ©ritable refuge pour les artistes comme moi. La nature y est exceptionnelle : des oiseaux Ă  votre porte, une montagne en face, un ruisseau qui longe le terrain. J’ai adorĂ© la disposition des espaces ouverts et le bain romain offrant une vue magnifique sur la forĂȘt. J’ai louĂ© le chalet Ă  la derniĂšre minute et ai Ă©tĂ© ravi par la gentillesse des propriĂ©taires. Ils m’ont mĂȘme fourni du bois gratuitement ainsi que des itinĂ©raires pour les activitĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ©. Une expĂ©rience inoubliable !

Le chalet est bien situĂ© et Ă  toutes les commoditĂ©s nĂ©cessaires. Wifi fournit, tĂ©lĂ©vision intelligente, prĂ©sence d'un poĂȘle Ă  bois (mais apportez votre bois). L'arriver Ă©tait simple avec une clef sous code prĂšs de la porte d'entrĂ©e, draperie, serviette de bain, savon et linge Ă  vaisselle fournit, casseroles et poĂȘlon et mĂȘme un petit airfryer!Toutefois, la propretĂ© laissait Ă  dĂ©sirĂ©e, la lumiĂšre au-dessus du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas, la toilette est instable, les chaises de cuisine et celle prĂšs du bain sont dangereuses (celles de cuisine Ă©tait solidifiĂ©es avec de la corde et de la broche, nous avons due mettre du ruban Ă©lectrique puisque les barreaux tombaient), chalet pour plus d'une personne (annoncĂ© pour jusqu'Ă  4) et seulement 1 bol comme couvert de disponible et seulement 2 chaises de cuisine, rĂ©servation en hiver et seulement une petite pelle courte pour dĂ©blayer les escaliers, aucun bac de recyclage ou de poubelle prĂ©sent Ă  l'extĂ©rieur, seulement celui de compost avec des dĂ©chets Ă  l'intĂ©rieur, aucun recyclage ou compost Ă  l'intĂ©rieur.Bref, vieux chalet avec tout de fonctionnel, mais ne cherchez pas le luxe.
