In a beautiful residence with a swimming pool, tennis court, children's playground, and pétanque court, just 300m from the beach and 100m from the port, this pleasant 1-bedroom apartment sleeps 4/5 people and features an east-facing terrace overlooking the pool. The living room has a 160cm sofa bed and a TV. The renovated kitchenette is equipped with a washing machine, built-in oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, two electric hobs, and an electric coffee maker. There is a bathroom with a toilet. The large bedroom has one double bed (140cm), one single bed (80cm), a wardrobe, and a loggia. A lovely covered terrace with garden furniture overlooks the pool. Ironing kit, vacuum cleaner, and fan are provided. Parking space #5 (marked on the ground with a wheel clamp) is available on the street. Pets are welcome. The residence has a secure swimming pool, open from June 15th to September 30th. PETS ALLOWED.
