inconvénients inhibant atouts du studio : vue directe sur camping à qq mètres en contre bas ou vue latérale sur mer mais avec vue terrasse voisin ; abs. auvent empêchant plaisir de la terrasse malgré parasol (température excessive tout au long journée) se répercutant à l’intérieur malgré; fermeture tous volets et ventilateur permanent : à déconseiller totalement aux seniors. Très bonne situation plage à proximité piscine au top. Pour le logement rangement insuffisant canapé lit pas très confortable pour les grandes personnes, pas de hotte dans la cuisine, bouton de four cassé difficile à tourner, place de parking insuffisant oblige de tourner pour trouver une place à l extérieur.

Très agréable ..Mais !!

Appartement prévu pour 4 personnes. Pourquoi conserver ce cinquième lit dans l’entrée ? Une penderie avec quelques tiroirs, quelques étagères pour déposer du linge et un support valise pour moi cet appartement serait parfait !

Super appartement

Appartement toujours aussi agréable. Un grand merci aux propriétaires d'avoir pris en compte mon avis de l'année dernière et des modifications faites. Le volet roulant isole bien de la chaleur, le canapé-lit est confortable, la table sur le balcon permet de manger à plusieurs. Il ne manque plus qu'un meuble pour ranger les affaires ;) . A l'année prochaine !

Bon séjour à Saint Cyprien

Séjour agréable au sein des Capitelles. Points positifs : - L’endroit est idéal (à 400 mètre de la plage.) - La piscine est assez grande - A 30 min du port en longeant la côte - Piste Cyclable à proximité pour se rendre en « ville » Points négatifs : - La piscine demanderait à être nettoyée plus fréquemment. - Le réseau 4G est très faible.... - La présence du camping à côté (quelques nuisance sonore)

Encore un petit effort et ce sera parfait

Un très gros effort d’amélioration a été effectué dans la location. Canapé convertible, parasol, pied de parasol, grille-pain, volet roulant électrique tout est neuf. Table de terrasse plus grande. J’ai beaucoup apprécié que mes remarques émises l’an dernier est porté leur fruit. La location ne pouvant recevoir que 4 personnes pourquoi conserver un cinquième lit dans l'entrée. Un rangement dans l’entrée serait plus adapter pour déposer le linge et les valises.

Plage très proche, résidence proche camping et manque place de parking

Les tops: -Accès direct sur la plage -Appartement propre et fonctionnel -Balcon (vue sur la mer mais aussi sur le camping) -Résidence plutôt calme malgré la proximité du camping Les flops: -Parking de la résidence saturée en période d’été et difficulté pour se garer dans la rue. -Residence éloigné des commerces et activités (obligation de prendre de la voiture)
