Cette appartement et très bien situé pour marcher resto très calme mais je suis un peu déçu au niveau literie et il manquait des volets au fenetre car les simples rideaux ne sont pas suffisamment obscure. Voila autre.j ai adoré la situation de l appartement

Le logement est très bien situé et au calme. A savoir que la place de parking est un plus même si elle est très étroite, car pas beaucoup de places gratuites dans la rue devant . Petit point négatif l' appart était pas très propre à notre arrivée et de la vaisselle sale était dans le lave vaisselle. Sinon on reviendrait sans hésiter , on a passé une bonne semaine de vacances.

Verzorgd appartement met het nodige comfort. Voldoende ruim terras met prachtig zicht op zee en de haven!.Weinig of geen last gehad van het nachtleven aan de haven ( buiten het hoogseizoen verbleven). Mooie locatie!. Toch enkele minpuntjes over de bereikbaarheid met bagage : geen lift in de ondergrondse garage die 50 m verder ligt( garagebox bevindt zich op -2!). Geen mogelijkheid tot laadplaats voor appartement ( door afsluiting staanplaatsenterrein met rolhekken). Bereikbaarheid kan beter

Vue magnifique mais appartement à rafraîchir

Le grand point positif est l'emplacement et la vue magnifique sur la baie de la Ciotat. Mais malheureusement il y a des points négatifs à ne pas négliger comme la vétusté du mobilier (chaises du salon fragiles et vieilles, frigo défaillant et vieux avec plusieurs centimètres de givre à notre arrivée,sucre apparent sous le chauffage d'une des chambres, manque de verres à boire et cuisine vétuste ! Il serait temps d'investir et de rafraîchir à fond cet appartement qui a du potentiel !

magnifique situation

Très bien situé. Wifi-Box à louer, qui marchait bien. Plage tout près. Service (Interhome) impeccable, merci. On avait passé 5 belles journées. Place au garage étroite pour une grande voiture...un peu de bruit (personnes, port,....) dans la nuit.

Superbe couché de soleil sur la CIOTAT

Points forts : Appartement trés bien situé, accès à la plage de sable et/ou plage pour faire de la plongée ainsi qu'une petite épicerie seulement à 5 minutes à pieds. Points faibles : Il manque un peu de suivi entre deux locations ( Départ/Arrivée ). Manque d'éclairage, lustre en mauvais état, absence d'ampoule... Attention : La place de parking est prévue dans la location, mais en parking souterrain. incompatible avec les coffres de toit.
