Propreté du bloc sanitaire exceptionelle! Les instructions pour l'opération du poele à granules étaient nulles. On a du se faire aider par d'autres touristes. Mais ca a fini par fonctionner, j'ai très bien dormi.

The Kamooks are very comfortable and warm given the negative degree weather we had! Staff is always nice and friendly, even to those of us who do not speak french well (or at all). Dining options are busy on the weekend, so get a reservation or get in early. Area is beautiful and a great skiing and snowmobile destination. We have made this an annual trip and look forward to continuing in the future!

Great property overall. Limited supplies such as garbage bags or recycling bags. (No extras) We were told no coffee and filters but there was some on arrival. Also only 2 towels and there were 4 but we brought some in case. Would suggest you bring your own pillows and an extra blanket.

La vue et l’endroit était magnifique mais pour 275$ j’ai été déçu. C’est à nous de faire le lit et d’ensuite le défaire pour le mettre dans une poche, même affaire pour les serviettes, c’est à nous de faire la vaisselle (sinon charge de 40$ pour deux tasse de café??), c’est à nous de ramasser. J’ai retrouvé un vieux spaghetti dans le fond du lavabo, le contour de la bouteille du savon à main était plein de savon sec, beaucoup de sable au sol. Une famille était dans la tente à côté de nous et nous pouvions entendre toute leurs discussions, même l’émission complète de pat patrouille. Je comprend que c’est des tente et qu’il fallais que je m’attende à entendre l’extérieur mais les tente sont trop proche (3 mètres environ) et aussi d’entendre le restaurant déjeuner mettre de la musique au fond. Seulement un sac de café à notre disposition. Des distributeurs de savon dans la douche que nous avons bien aimer la senteur. En enlevant les toile du haut, nous avons remarqué de la moisissure et le bois etait complètement mouillé. Au moins nous avons eu de l’air clim et du chauffage. Le check in et check out était sans contacte. Des tub a feu à notre disposition mais pas de bois, j’imagine que c’était des frais de plus??. Au moins c’était proche de Chicoutimi mais la route de alma était un peu stressante. Mais l’expérience de voir les étoiles était quand même agréable.

La plaque chauffante ne fonctionnait pas avec la poêle, il manquait des items essentiels selon moi, ex: essuie tout, spatule cassé… mais sinon j’ai bien aimé l’expérience et l’environnement. Je n’hésiterai pas de le recommander et d’y retourner!

Je crois que l’hébergement paraît mieux en photo. Il n’y avait pas d’eau courante et pas de plaque pour cuisiner. Donc, pour les repas c’est à prévoir. La bulle du dessus était recouverte de neige, donc on avait pas la vue tant désirée sur les étoiles.

Un bel hébergement super bien situé, le set up est parfait avec un paysage magnifique. Les douches et salles de bain étaient super propre. La Yourte Bistro et la Yourte café sont super. Si vous désirez un séjour autonome et original, c’est l’idéal. Par contre, chemin difficile d’accès en hiver. Ma voiture n’a pas été capable de monter la côte enneigée pour se rendre lors d’une tempête et pourtant j’ai un VUS. Prévoir de l’eau, couvertures, vaisselle et vêtements chauds car les commodités sont limités.
