Saint-Firmin-sur-Loire is a charming town located in the Loiret department, in France. Nestled on the banks of the Loire, it offers a magnificent natural setting with its river landscapes, green meadows and panoramic views of the river.
The region is full of interesting historical sites. The 11th century Saint-Firmin church is an impressive example of Romanesque architecture. The nearby Château de La Bussière, the Mantelot locks and the Briare canal are also must-see places for history buffs.

Nature lovers will also be delighted. The region offers many opportunities for hiking, cycling and walking along the Loire. The paths through forests and fields offer a true communion with nature.

The Gîte du Pozoir is ideally located, on the edge of a 150-hectare forest estate, less than 4 kilometers from the banks of the Loire, 20 minutes by bike from the "Loire à vélo" route at the Canal de Briare, and 20 minutes by car from the A77 motorway (exit n°20 Briare / Chatillon sur Loire). Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of the Loiret, between relaxation, culture and nature.

Whether for a relaxing getaway, a cultural exploration or an outdoor adventure, you will find around the gîte du Pozoir everything you need to live an authentic experience in the heart of the Loiret. The gîte Le Petit Pozoir for 4/6 people is located on the ground floor of the house. A dining room that can accommodate both lodgings, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed, two bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm double bed and a private adjoining bathroom for each and two separate toilets.
It has an entrance from the inner courtyard and is equipped with a garden, a terrace and a barbecue next to the lake.

The Le Grand Pozoir gîte for 6 people is located on the first floor of the house. A beautiful living room with lounge, dining room and open kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and its private adjoining bathroom and private separate toilet, a separate bathroom, a separate toilet and on the 2nd floor (open to the staircase) a bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds.
It has a separate entrance via an external staircase from the courtyard and is equipped with a garden, a terrace and a barbecue next to the lake.

Private terrace for each gîte, shared garden and private parking in front of the property.
An internal staircase connects the two gîtes locked by a door.
Possibility on site of a 40m² room for 30 people.
