First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with desk and crib
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), desk
- Bedroom 3: children's bedroom with single bed
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin, washing machine, towel dryer, WC

Exterior:
- A 9 m² by 3m60 swimming pool (private, unheated) open from June to September. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change. Shaded area around the pool, bordered by an unsecured fence. Winter cover outside opening periods, alarm available.
- A private, hedged garden of 5,764 m² (if animals are present, they can wander in and out of the garden) with furniture to enjoy the sunny days and garden games (badminton net, electric quad, ball, trampoline, swing).

- The nearest train station is in Alès (25 minutes), the airport in Nîmes (1H) or Montpellier,
- There is a bus service to Alès (10-minute walk from the stop), but it runs infrequently (service 210: 5 times a day on average).

Other comments :
- The different spaces allow everyone to practice different activities without disturbing each other. However, the garden is large and young children need to be supervised. Don't walk on the low stone walls (risk of landslides and injuries).
-Picking of ripe fruit (cherries, almonds, blackberries, raspberries, redcurrants, pears, apples) is permitted.
- Free WiFi available.
