The apartment is located on the 5th floor (out of 5 with only 5 apartments upstairs) in the "ROC BLANC" residence. This 3* residence with elevator is part of the hamlet of St François located in the Longes district at the entrance of the high station (altitude 1600m).

The rental includes the supply of sheets for all the beds as well as a private parking space in the closed and covered parking lot of the residence. Finally, to allow you to stay "connected", fibre Internet access with WIFI is also included at no extra cost in the rental.

The accommodation offers a bed for a maximum of 6 people: 2 in the bedroom, 4 in the living room. Please note that 2 of the beds are bunk beds, so they are more suitable for children. It is labelled 4 suns (Very comfortable apartment) by the Saint François Longchamp tourist office.

Very well equipped, decorated with care and benefiting from plenty of storage space, you will feel good, summer and winter. Many equipment such as raclette set, fondue, pierrade, BBQ, LCD TV, DVD, Hifi are at your disposal to brighten up your stay.

Excellent south-east exposure with breathtaking and unobstructed views from its balcony over most of the ski area and the sports centre of Les Longes.

The residence is located at the foot of the slopes (Marquis chairlift 100m from the entrance of the residence) and in the immediate vicinity of shops: restaurants, mini-market, bakery, ski equipment rental, ski lift ticket offices so that once on site no vehicle travel is necessary. Ski-in/ski-out departure and return possible at the end of the parking lot, 30 metres from the entrance to the residence.

Towels (towels and bath towels) are not included in the rental price. They can be ordered with an extra charge (10€/person) after booking.

SUMMER
The resort offers many activities: hiking in the high and medium mountains, archery, mountain biking, cycling, bowling, paintball, ...
A tree climbing park is a 10-minute walk from the residence.
The sports centre of the longes (direct view from the balcony of the apartment, accessible in 3 minutes on foot) includes a heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a mini-golf course.

WINTER
The ski area (1450 - 2550m), offers the particularity of being linked to that of Valmorel in Tarentaise to constitute 'Le Grand Domaine' which makes it the 5th largest ski area in Savoie. The Grand Domaine is 50 ski lifts and more than 160 kms of slopes.
