Charm of a large stone house (315 m2) in the middle of the vineyards of Cognac, with a swimming pool of 10 m by 6 m (with a summer tarp that keeps the water at 26° and an alarm) on a walled garden of 1100 m2, with a terrace-beach around the pool (55 m2). The house is located in Saint Grégoire d'Ardennes (17240) in a peaceful hamlet, surrounded by vineyards and forest, 9 km from Jonzac, a pretty spa town, 30 km from Cognac and 40 km from the sea (Royan), one hour from Bordeaux and La Rochelle and finally 10 km from the A10. It consists of a large cathedral living room (100 m2) with monumental fireplace, a master suite with a four-poster bed (1.60 x 2.00) and two other large double bedrooms (1.80 x 2.00), two bathrooms and 3 toilets. An extra bed (1.80 x 2 m) in the games room allows you to move from 6 to 8 beds. Rental in July and August, has the week exclusively. New fully equipped kitchen with washing machine dishes and back kitchen with washing machines and drying clothes. Games room. Private parking for 2 cars. Sheets and towels and pool provided. 2 TVs and high speed internet by optical fiber. Cleaning fee of 100 euros extra. Deposit cheque of 500 euros not cashed. Tourist tax: 1.40 € per day and per adult. RC Resort Insurance requested.

Mooie plek in Cognacstreek

Het huis is groot en heeft een fijne keuken met fijne koelkast, vriezer en koffiezetapparaat. Enige dat ontbrak was een echt grote pan (als je met 8 verblijft wel fijn). Het zwembad is mooi, schoon en diep! En ze bieden veel mooie opblaasbanden en beesten! Diverse bbq’s en wasmachine, droger en extra opklapbed omdat kids niet in één bed wilden;). De buurt is enorm rustig. Voor sommigen en slapen heel fijn. Als je op zoek bent naar Franse restaurantjes, dan moet je een end rijden. Cognac proeven is leuk in de buurt! We konden helaas niet vroeg wegrijden de laatste dag aangezien Bruno graag zelf de controle deed als we er waren. Dat snap ik van hem, maar was voor ons enorm onhandig…

Maison très agréable, parfaite pour vacances en famille

Grande et jolie maison au calme et au cœur d'une belle région à visiter. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'agréable piscine, la terrasse bien équipée et le grand salon très confortable. Hôte très accueillant et sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!
