Completely remodeled, our commitment is to make your stay the most pleasant possible and to have you return again. Our home is located just steps to a private pool for our villas only, and the Atlantic ocean. The location to the beach is the best on the island.
 
Our villa has two bedrooms with private baths, and one full bath downstairs. Most villas the bedrooms have to share a bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and flat screen tv. The other bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed and flat screen tv.  Downstairs is a full size sleeper sofa and love seat, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. Wifi is included. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.  All linens and bath towels are provided.  
 
Cook dinner on the weber grill over looking the private pool area keeping a close eye on your children swimming.  The sun sets behind the unit so as you enjoy a cocktail on the patio, you are not getting the afternoon heat.  
 
A short drive to Beaufort will lead to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities.   There are two 18 hole golf courses (discount green fees), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon, and ten court tennis club (court fees apply), fitness center, bike rentals and several restaurants. Through the marina you can rent a kayak, SUP, or book a dolphin watch cruise.  Cards cost $50 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person per week the rest of the year.  Children 13 and up must have their own card.  In order to go to the Island restaurants all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.

The villa is on the central part of the island steps from the best beach and the pool.  The adult pool, another kid pool, beach club, food court, and sports bar are all a very short walk.

I have been visiting Fripp Island since the late 1970's with my family. I have since continued that tradition by bringing my family and now my grandchildren. We love the great family atmosphere Fripp has to offer. We enjoy all of that Fripp has it to offer for all ages.  It is amazing how relaxing it is riding around the island in a golf cart. If you visit, you will love it too.

When this unit came on the market in early 2022, we decided to make the purchase.  We have been renters of this villa for many, many years!  We love the location for  the easy beach access and having the pool right outside the door.

We have made some updates to the unit, we hope you enjoy them-- 3 new Smart TVS, new couches,  and window treatments.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
