Upon entering, you discover a lovely, friendly living space with a warm lounge area featuring a large comfortable sofa and a television to share moments simply, and a dining table for your indoor meals. The American kitchen, functional and well-designed, is fully equipped: gas hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, multi-function food processor, raclette appliance, citrus press, and all the utensils you might need.
At the back, the conservatory offers a bright and comfortable space: a large table, six chairs, a lounge area, and a small sideboard await you to enjoy sunny days or cooler evenings comfortably. Outside, the enclosed garden will allow you to relax in peace. For your meals, a plancha grill is at your disposal, as well as garden furniture.
At night, the house consists of three bedrooms: a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), and a bedroom ideal for children with bunk beds (90x190). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate for added comfort.
A baby bed and a high chair are also available for the little ones, and the house also has a washing machine and a garage that can store up to six bicycles. Two outdoor parking spaces are also provided for your cars.
