In the heart of Sion (St Hilaire de Riez), near the Vendée Corniche, 300 meters from the beaches, the forest and close to shops, nestled in a dead end, this single storey house, fully renovated, will be the place of your successful holidays.
You can walk or cycle the village of Sion to reach the center and its shops or the beaches and the forest nearby.

You have parking in the fully fenced property and bike storage.

Thanks to its sunny exposure, its comfort and its calm environment, you will appreciate, all year long the rest that this house gives you.

For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided and beds made.

After prior agreement, our animal friends can be welcomed (participation 3 € / day and per animal)

Excellent accueil de Brigitte, propriétaire des lieux, gâche vendéenne, conseils et gentillesse étaient au rendez-vous. Côté maison, parfait avec tous les équipements, la propreté, le calme, la situation géographique. Vivier de Sion, marché de St Hilaire le mardi et vendredi au bout de la rue, commerçes, plages et piste cyclable à quelques minutes viennent compléter un séjour réussi dans cette belle région qu’est la Vendée.

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire Madame Brigitte PERON Trés agréable séjour dans cette maison d'un intérieur soigné ,située au calme et à proximité des commerces et des plages d'où l'on peut aller rapidement vers les nombreux sites qui meritent le déplacement ( Saint Gilles Croix de Vie avec ses rues très animéees, Noirmoutier, l'ile d'Yeu , Apremont, etc..). Une semaine très agréable Maison très bien située. On a pu aller à la plage à pied (en 5 minutes), faire nos courses à pied (1km à pied), se promener dans les dunes et la forêt. Tout est à proximité La maison est très bien équipée et très propre et au calme Le terrain clos est sécurisant Adaptée aux enfants et chien Enfin, la propriétaire est très sympathique, à l'écoute et aux petits soins (merci pour toutes vos attentions) Bref un séjour au top. La maison se situe à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Sion sur Océan et de sa plage. Entièrement refait, l'ensemble est de qualité, la literie confortable et l'hébergement est parfaitement propre. L'accueil fut agréable malgré notre arrivée tardive. Tres bon séjour. Bonne location fidèle à sa description : pratique avec deux enfants en bas age et de l'espace pour jouer dedans + comme dehors. Plage de sable a un km par petit chemin et un peu plus loin jeux de plage et mail de promenade tout le long de la côte et commerces à 500 m + marché important 2 fois par semaine. A conseiller.
