Its central location allows you to explore the region's cities such as Les Sables-d'Olonne (65 km), La Rochelle (72 km), and Nantes (72 km). Water park enthusiasts can also visit O'Gliss Park (50 km). This house features a living/dining room/kitchen with a 140cm Murphy bed, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and TV (ceiling height: 1.91m), and a bathroom/WC. There are three internal steps at the entrance to the accommodation. This cottage does not have an outdoor space, however, a parking space is reserved for you.

The house is attached to the owners' house and is located in the immediate vicinity of a dairy farm.
