Located on the first floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 100 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

Exterior:
- A 100 m² south-facing garden with mountain views. Equipped with garden furniture, table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are just a 10-minute walk away.

Activities :
In winter: winter sports in Saint-Leger: dog sledding, tobogganing.
In Mélèzes: ski joëring, snake gliss, snow tubbing or yooner (halfway between sledging and skiing), skating rink etc...
In summer: forest walks, horseback riding, paragliding, visits to the village castle and bell tower, mountain biking, fitness trail, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure trail, water park, donkey trail, educational farms etc...

L'Endroit "Nous avons passé un agréable séjour,l’appartement est identique aux photos . Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires qui nous ont proposé leur aide pour nos bagages ! Effectivement les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais lorsqu’on lit la description l’appartement fait 40m2 donc il en découle forcément que les chambres ne sont pas spacieuses mais largement suffisantes. Nous sommes venus avec deux enfants dont un bébé de 8mois. La vue est magnifique et reposante le petit coin terrasse est appréciable. À bientôt !"

L'Endroit "appart petit surtout les chambres. le propriétaire vient les wends ils epient ils ont 2 chiens qui vont viennent mm dans l appart c est dérangeant surtout avec 1 bb. le propriétaire à hurlé sur mon fils à cause de l emplacement parking que c était sa place ..Un vrai Marseillais. literie côté lit superposé pas bonne du tout matelas mousse on s enfonce . l accès parking compliqué il faut monter des escalier pas pratique avec un bb . la nuit il faut vraiment s avancer pour que des lumières s éclairent. autrement belle vue joli cuisine salon . cet appartement conviendrai à un couplé sans enfant."
