Perfect location and the hotel is clean, staff nice and parking within walking distance. My only issue is that our room was directly over a nightclub. Actually i wasn't bothered and found it funny but I'm sure there may be those that would be annoyed. Just ask for a room not over the nightclub and you will have a wonderful time in Saint Malo.

Great location, in the old town right next to bars, cafes, and the beach. Only issue is parking, which is extremely difficult to find, due to a myriad of one way streets, blocked streets, etc

Perfect hotel, close to main gate with close proximity to restaurants, shopping and beaches. We had the room for 4 which was perfect for a family of 4. Plenty of sleeping space and bathroom was quite large. Great restaurant right in lobby which we were easily able to grab food/drink from. Highly recommend!

The property isn’t safe. Every bathroom has a freestanding ceramic pedestal weighing 13.5kg. Our seven year old slipped and fell and the pedestal fell and smashed into sharp fragments. My daughter escaped with bruising and shock. It could have been a mot worse. The hotel shrugged. Apparently it wasn’t a risk as it heladn’t happened before. And she couldn’t have been that injured as we didn’t rush her to A&E. We asked Expedia to intervene and to their credit they did.

Avoid if you want to sleep.

What a terrible experience. At first we were in awe of the location and thought we had struck gold with this hotel. When we got into our room the nightmare began. No aircon, no fans, no fridge, no coffee facilities etc etc. a complete empty basic room. There are more facilities in a Travelodge or Etab. At night time it got even worse. Our room was directly above the outside bar / entertainment area which is fine. I have no problem people having fun and enjoying the entertainment. But this racket went on to 3am both nights. We had to close the windows which made the room unbearably hot. It was a lose lose situation. My family (wife and kids age 14 and 10) did not sleep for 2 nights. This hotel believes its prime location allows it to treat its guests with contempt. There are plenty of other hotels with great locations in St Malo. In fact it would be hard to find one not in a great location. Avoid this hotel!!! I mean how hard would it be to put a couple of fans in a hot, humid room???

I come here about 10 times a year staff are friendly and so helpful. Reception staff are are so helpful and friendly as well rooms are what you see in pictures this place is my relaxing and chilling out time that I could not do in jersey there is so much in the walls and food is amazing Darren from jersey.

The hotel room was great for the price and the lady on reception was very friendly. However the only downside is the walls are paper thin and you hear everything - I had to lie and listen to a couple making out in the room next door. I was in room 215 so maybe ask for another room as this was the only downside

Great location , surrounded by restaurants and bakery’s . Beautiful scenery and lovely beach and walks on wall. Can be a little noisy outside but we did stay on a Friday night !
