Not as good as it looks
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shops and services. The yard is very nice for children. Unfortunately it is not clean. When you walk upstairs your feet get very dirty and we do not wear shoes upstairs. A a cockroach walked onto the dining table during lunch and one walked on the curtains during the day, which is a bad sign. The beds are old, small and short and several members of our party almost couldn't fit in them at 6'1". The beds are very creaky and seem like they are going to break when you move around. Both showers had issues, the upstairs shower has a door that is hinged on the wall but doesn't slide shut to allow entry. Getting in and out was hazardous. The shower upstairs has a hand sprayer that isn't attached to the wall to spray on you while standing, more of a tub with spray attachment. There is deferred maintenance like peeling paint on the inside and outside and plastic trash bags taped over the windows in the bedroom doors. This was helpful in controlling light but they could have used a more professional material, even paper would have been better.
