With its breathtaking sea views and direct access to the beach, this villa offers a unique experience as if you were staying on a boat on the water. Combining old-world charm with modern comforts, it can accommodate up to 7 people. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up for you on arrival.

Ground floor:
- Entrance hall and corridor

First floor:

- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x200) and direct access to balcony with sea view
- Bedroom 2: adjoining bedroom 2 with single bed
- Bedroom 3: two single beds, balcony with sea view
- 1 bathroom with toilet and heated towel rail.

Second floor :

- Bedroom 4: double bed (160x200) with sea-view balcony.
- Bedroom 5: double bed (140x200), no window.
- Shower room.

Basement:
- Laundry room with washing machine, boiler room.

Area and transport links :

The villa is ideally located in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Rocabey market, which is a 10-minute walk away every Thursday and Saturday.

- The historic town can be reached on foot along the seafront in 20 minutes, or by bicycle in 10 minutes, or by bus in 5 minutes.
- St Malo station is 1km away, a 15-minute walk.
- Nearest bus stop: "DIGUE", served by bus lines 3 and 9.
- Surf school 15 minutes' walk away
- Walk, cycle or rollerblade along the sea wall.
- Thermal baths 15 minutes' walk away

Other comments :
- On the 1st line of the sea: vigilance recommended during high tides (special instructions will be given to you when you arrive).
- On 3 levels, there is no lift.
- One of the rooms on the 2nd floor has no window.
- One pet accepted on request at the time of booking at a cost of €30/stay.
- Bed linen and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided. Your bed will be made on arrival, included in your booking.
