J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce studio très bien situé, très bien équipé très propre et sécurisé. Madame Carre la propriétaire est très professionnelle. Elle est aimable, arrangeante , bienveillante et d'une gentillesse presque comme un membre de la famille. Un pur bonheur. Merci beaucoup Madame Carré.

L'appartement est bien situé par rapport aux centres d'intérêt et il corresponde bien aux photos. Madame Chantal est un hôte très aimable et sympathique. J'ai passé des belles vacances à Saint-Malo, dans cet appartement.

Décevant

Si la région est belle, on ne peut pas en dire autant du logement très petit. On est surtout dérangé par les odeurs de poubelle dès l'entrée dans le hall de l'immeuble. Les placards sont vieux et sentent le renfermé. Bref cela mériterait un peu d'investissement pour un bon rafraîchissement !

Un petit studio sympathique.

C'est la deuxième fois que je venais dans cette location!!.J ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit logement ,rien ne manque.Il y a une place de parking réservée,c est très appréciable.La propriétaire est charmante,agréable, très à l écoute.Je recomma nde vraiment cette location.Peut être aurais je l occasion de revenir.

Un très bon séjour

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut comme équipements. De plus le quartier est tranquille et le parking privé est bien utile. Nous n'avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour, tout s'est très bien passé. Nous recommandons ce logement pour un séjour à Saint-Malo 😉

Très bel appartement, je recommande !

Chantal et son mari nous ont très bien accueillis (nous avons apprécié la bouteille de cidre au frigo), et nous ont bien conseillés sur ce qui était à voir à Saint-Malo. L'appartement était très propre, et fonctionner, bien situé (à 30/40 min à pied de Saint-Malo intra muros). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour
