Superb villa with 9x4m heated pool and private parking, in the center of St Martin. Renovated in 2022, villa composed of an entrance leading to a master suite (with shower room) and access to the pool. A large bright living room with dining room for 10 open to a fitted kitchen. Access to a shaded patio, plancha and garden furniture. On the night side, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Parking for 2 cars. WIFI. END OF STAY AND CLEANING AND LINEN MANDATORY (sheets, towel, bath mat and tea towels).
