A comfortable house in a great location

This is a lovely house in a peaceful part of St Martin. Comfortable beds. Although spacious it was felt cosy. The administration lacked organisation the main problem being communication. The website states that English is spoken however all correspondence was in French, this lead to some difficulties. The main being no mention of a sizeable deposit until arrival and 140 euros for linen and towels for a week. This may have been in the contract but none was received. However this did not spoil a relaxing holiday.
