Balcony + covered terrace (50m²) + land. Skiing Orelle/Val-Thorens/3 Vallées 12km, Valloire 22km, Les Karellis 24km. Cross-country skiing 5.5km. Swimming pool 5km, Lake 18km. "Useful" floor area: 82m². Country house from the beginning of the 20th century renovated 12km from the slopes (3 Valleys link). Charming typical hamlet. Very quiet. South-facing hillside. Pleasant preserved natural setting. Good comfort. Warm mountain character. Large covered terrace of 50m². Beautiful open view. Electric mountain bike rental offered by the owners. 12 km from the Orelle cable car and the link to Val-Thorens, Les 3 Vallées (the largest ski area in the world with 600 km of slopes). The famous Valloire-Valmeinier resort is 22 km away (the largest ski area in Maurienne). Very close to the Vanoise National Park. A prime location for exploring the summer on foot, hiking and cycling (many legendary passes!).

Super logement près des stations de ski!

Nous sommes très contentes de notre séjour. Les hôtes sont très gentils et arrangeants. La maison est vraiment très jolie et accueillante, très bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour à la montagne!Nous recommandons!
