Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 40 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 300 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with armchairs, TV, dining area, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and hob.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- An enclosed private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue for enjoying sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
