The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful custom cabinetry, an open dining area, a sunken living room perfect for curling up with a book or movie, and a charming sunroom with a propane stove for cooler evenings. You’ll also find a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with laundry and a tub/shower combo on this level.

Upstairs, the second level offers two additional queen bedrooms, another full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a sweet little bunk room just for kids. On the third floor, a bright and airy sitting room offers panoramic views of the dunes and ocean — the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee. This room also includes a pull-out sofa for extra guests.

Step outside to enjoy the home’s stunning outdoor spaces: relax in the large screened-in sunroom, lounge on the expansive multi-level decks, or gather around the firepit under the stars. The home sleeps up to 8 adults and 2 children, with child-sized bunk beds and a pull-out sofa for added flexibility.
