Nous avons bien apprécié la localisation de l’appartement. Le bien a un peu vieilli, il manque des prises électriques dans les chambres, le meubles sont un peu abîmés, le jardin n’a pas été entretenu pendant toute l’année- nous avons nettoyé la terrasse et trouvé un cadavre d’oiseau qui était mort depuis quelques mois. L’appartement n’est pas accessible en voiture entre 19:30 et minuit, ce n’était pas un problème mais ce n’était pas dans la description non plus. Mais à côté de ces points négatifs nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour!

Satisfait mais...

Une location en plein centre de la cotiniere bien placée à proximité des commerces tout en étant calme et bien située aussi sur l'île d'Oléron. Quelques bėmols : la maison à vivre est à l'étage par rapport au jardin clos qui est agréable; la wifi est payante plutôt mesquin et quasi unique dans notre longue pratique de location, la literie assez moyenne
