Quiet vacation rental only in the South, with gardener and pisciniste, 10 '(by car) from the beautiful lagoon of St Pierre, away from the roads, quiet at the bottom of a small impasse, this contemporary villa architect's bioclimatic is a judicious mixture of wood and concrete and composed of 2 distinct parts. Ideal for 2 families or 2 couples with children. It enjoys a wooded and very quiet environment (so not a place for big parties). This villa out of the ordinary from its opening is ideally located to rest but also quickly reach the wild South, Cilaos, the West or the Volcano by the fast track. It is fully furnished and includes: 4 bedrooms, 1 king size bedroom with dressing room and bathroom waxed concrete and Japanese pebbles (with walk-in shower and 2pl bath), another room with 1 Japanese bed 140x190 (mattress extra possible), a 3rd bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x200 so possible to have a double bed of 180. Then in a second module: a large bedroom with king size bed 200x200 with an extra bed bench, desk and storage dressing room and spacious bathroom separated by a large sliding door. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a large central island with bar stools and views of the pool. Fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave ...) and annexed a laundry room with a washing machine. 1 baby umbrella bed with mosquito net is available in addition.

Hyperconfortable Italian brand lounge under the veranda and tv corner with a sofa / bed 2 places. Bouquet of channels and free VOD and wifi (fiber optic).
Garden lighting and swimming pool. Weber barbecue practice for grilling.
All blinds and beds are equipped with mosquito nets.
2 parking spaces in the spacious courtyard.
A deposit of 1500 euros must be given on arrival. (We've never had to touch it yet, just let us know if there are any breaks.) The cleaning fee is 70 € (dishes not included! ).
50% deposit is required when booking and receiving the contract. Decreasing rate of 10% from the 2nd week and 20% from 3 weeks.
