17th century property between the pink granite coast & Lannion, Studio 27m2

Our property was once part of a manorial complex (now divided into independent properties), which included a main building, the Manoir de Kéringant, built from the 15th century, a 17th century dwelling-gate (our property) and a farm. Located at the southern end of Saint Quay Perros, the place once occupied an isolated position before the development of the commercial area of Kéringant.
Today, the place remains an island of tranquillity steeped in history, while being close to all shops.
Our Logis-porte has been occupied during the school year for many years by students and trainees. In July and August, we welcome holidaymakers in furnished rentals.
Our rentals are aimed at all those who are willing to visit the Pink Granite Coast from a quiet and wooded place.
The "ochre" studio will allow you to relax after a day on one of the many beaches in the region, a hike on the GR34, a boat trip to the islands, or a visit to the castle of Tonquédec. The Trégor region will offer you a wide variety of activities.

The "ochre" studio of 27m2 has:
• A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob (2 burners), electric oven, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils)
• Coffee table, 2 armchairs, small TNT TV
• Double bed of 140 x 190 (1 duvet 240 x 220 + 2 pillows 63 x 63) with various storage spaces (wardrobe, dresser, bedside tables)
• Bathroom with shower and 1 sink
• Separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels not provided.

Non-smoking inside the building.
Shared internet connection available.
Large garden of 2000 m2 at the back of the building, with garden tables and chairs, available to holidaymakers.
Parking in the property.
2 Washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, travel cot for young children, barbecues, garden chairs and tables, deckchairs, are at your disposal in a storage room adjoining the building.

The following supplements are payable on arrival, if desired.
Costs for the supply of household linen (large and small bath towel, 2 pillowcases and duvet cover): 20 euros, per person, during the week and 30 euros, per person, for the fortnight, with linen change the second week.
A cleaning service at the end of your stay is offered at a rate of 30 euros.
An extra charge per pet is charged 30 euros.
