Look no further: for your vacation, an extended stay or a weekend, welcome to this welcoming and spacious 31m² studio officially classified as Furnished 3 * Tourism and connected by Wi-Fi.

You are in a quiet area and at the same time, both the train station and the city center are nearby (1.5 km). You just have to cross the street to enjoy the Marina: its local shops, mini-market, bars and restaurants, view of the boats. Take a stroll to the BEACHES and coves which are 15 minutes away on foot.

You will stay in a duo, a stone's throw from Port Santa Lucia and the sea, in a STANDARD, SECURE, tree-lined residence: with guard (electric gate and video surveillance).

POOL: Not all apartments have access to the swimming pool (open from May to October). The keys to your studio will open the doors to you.

Park your vehicle on your closed and numbered PARKING space in the basement. Take the ELEVATOR that takes you to the accommodation and enjoy its modern furniture:

- A large living room with equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hob, suitable pans and saucepans… - Salt / pepper / oil / sugar kit provided),
- A high table and 4 chairs for pleasant meals (dishes included),
- A convertible sofa allowing a real bed with comfortable mattress (140x190), 2 pillows, throws and quilts,
- A flat screen TV and a CD / DVD / Blu-ray player with many DVDs and books on site to entertain you.

Open the picture window to enlarge your living room on a TERRACE of 7m² without vis-à-vis and look at the garden from your outdoor living room (two armchairs, sofa and coffee table). The south-west exposure offers you the afternoon sun to enjoy a sunny aperitif or a small coffee in complete relaxation.

To refresh you, a bathroom with shower and toilet (hair dryer and electric towel rail available - soap, shampoo, shower gel kit provided).

An iron and ironing board are on site if you need them, as well as maintenance equipment.

The city of Saint-Raphaël offers many sporting activities (tennis, golf, water sports, cycling, hiking, etc.) and entertainment (Casino, cinema complex, performance halls, Ferris wheel, day and night markets, flea markets, etc.). The Tourist Office brochures are already waiting for you in the apartment.

This space is reserved for adult, non-smoking tenants (you have the terrace for this). Our animal friends are not allowed. Infants up to 6 months are welcome (possibility to provide various accessories free of charge).
