Ich hÀtte nie geglaubt, wie wichtig Service sein kann.

Die Wohnung ist innen viel dunkler als es auf den stark aufgehellten Fotos erscheint, der Balkon ist schön, aber ab Mitte Oktober ganztĂ€gig(!) zu 100 % im Schatten. Die Lage ist OK, die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, der Service aber eine Katastrophe. Beim Babybett fehlte die Matratze, beim Kinderbett (Couch) die Decke, die BettwĂ€sche in unterschiedlichen, aber im eingepackten Zustand nicht zuordenbaren GrĂ¶ĂŸen fĂŒr unterschiedliche Betten lag auf einem Stapel in eingeschweißten unbeschrifteten Packungen und bestand nur aus KissenbezĂŒgen und Bettlaken (ist in Frankreich so ĂŒblich, wenn Tagesdecken auf dem Bett sind - fehlte aber eben bei einem Bett), es gab genau 1,3 Klorollen fĂŒr 4 Personen und auch sonst musste man fast alles mitbringen/kaufen, SpĂŒlmittel war in einem kleinen Karton versteckt (erst spĂ€ter gefunden). Die Wohnungsvermietung der Agentur ist bis ins letzte Detail optimiert - aber nicht fĂŒr den Gast, sondern fĂŒr die Vermietagentur. FĂŒr den Gast ist alles sehr umstĂ€ndlich, insbesondere der CheckIn (45 bis 60 min Autofahrt zur Agentur und zurĂŒck). Die Garage ist nur fĂŒr absolute Profis nutzbar (ca. 2,20 breite Durchfahrt, kein Rangierbereich neben der Garage - direkt lĂ€ngs an einer Wand). Schon eine C-Klasse passt kaum rein - und wenn, kann man selbst als schlanker Fahrer kaum noch aussteigen. Das Problem: Man muss dort parken, es gibt keine anderen Möglichkeiten auf oder neben dem GelĂ€nde. Ich werde das nĂ€chste Mal wieder bevorzugt bei Privatvermietern mieten, denn so viel geĂ€rgert wie hier habe ich mich im Urlaub noch nie - und das, obwohl die Wohnung trotz der genannten MĂ€ngel an sich nicht wirklich schlecht ist. Wahrscheinlich war die Wohnung wegen des rudimentĂ€ren Services und der vielen UmstĂ€ndlichkeiten so gĂŒnstig.
