Jeanine & Gabriel (passionate about nature & landscaping) open the doors of charming authentic stables of character dating from 1819 carefully restored (formerly outbuildings of the old Charolais agricultural estate which occupied the place, having played a major role for the local resistance during the Second World War) nestled in the peace and quiet in the heart of a peaceful little rural hamlet full of history perched in a "belvedere" on a hill overlooking Montceau (located on the demarcation line). Soothing rural setting around, nestled on the edge of a bucolic wooded pasture welcoming Charolais cows in season (& "Robert" their donkey parked a little further). Possibility of being able to observe the wildlife on site (deer, hares, foxes, many birds ...). Spacious gîte of good comfort. Warm country character with a "vintage" charm, a touch of "rustic" enhanced by the soul of the original building (stone walls & pillars, original beams & framework). Cozy atmosphere.
