An atypical 1970s house steeped in local and family history, a truly authentic former – and very rare – country discotheque that enjoyed its heyday in the 1980s (built in 1979 and later run by Laure's father), nestled on a small hill bordering a bucolic wooded pasture where the owners' peaceful sheep, "Chaussette" and "Blanquette," graze. Located in the heart of the verdant Bresse countryside, in a small residential hamlet just steps from the banks of the Seille River, this remarkable ecosystem is prized by anglers and nature lovers alike, protected as a Natura 2000 site and a ZNIEFF (Zone Naturelle d'Intérêt Écologique, Faunistique et Floristique – Natural Area of Ecological, Faunistic and Floristic Interest) for its rich flora and fauna (migratory bird sanctuary, rare plant species, numerous fish including the famous wels catfish, and other wildlife). Peaceful, unspoiled rolling countryside surrounds the property, combining gentle meadows dotted with ponds and rivers, and beautiful wild forests. This very comfortable cottage boasts an exceptional 100m² living area nestled in the space of the former dance floor and bar.
