An open kitchen is also located on this floor, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with direct access to the terrace as well. The bathroom on this level includes a double hand-basin and is accompanied by a separate WC.
